We are looking for Registered Nurses or individuals with a nursing degree who are passionate about patient care and ready to grow in a rewarding role as a Medical Virtual Assistant (MVA).

Your Role in Our Care Team

Clinical & Administrative Support

  • Review and update patient records in AdvancedMD with accuracy and care
  • Ensure patient demographics, medical history, and visit notes are properly maintained
  • Assist physicians with pre-charting and documentation to support patient-centered care
  • Process medication refill requests according to doctor's protocols

Appointment & Patient Coordination

  • Manage scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with empathy and efficiency
  • Confirm appointments and provide gentle reminders to patients
  • Guide patients through intake information via calls, messages, or telehealth platforms

Medical Documentation & Charting

  • Update SOAP notes and assist with encounter documentation and coding
  • File lab results, imaging, and referrals within the EMR with confidentiality and precision
  • Prepare physicians for patient visits by keeping charts updated and ready
What We're Looking For
  • A nursing degree (BSN, RN, or equivalent) is required
  • Active or recent nursing practice is preferred
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and patient care workflows
  • Experience with AdvancedMD or other EMR systems is an advantage (training available)
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and professionalism
  • Commitment to confidentiality and compassionate care
