We're Hiring: Experienced Hotel Recruiter – Based in Cebu City (IT Park)

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Recruiter to join our team in Cebu City, IT Park, supporting the full hiring needs of a leading hotel in Angeles City, Pampanga. This role involves remote recruitment for both staff-level positions and C-level hotel management roles.

  • Work Location: Cebu City – IT Park (On-site)
  • Hiring Scope: Hotel in Angeles City, Pampanga (Remote Support)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Industry: Hospitality / Executive & Staff Recruitment

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in the hotel/hospitality industry
  • Strong background in hiring both operational hotel staff (e.g., F&B, housekeeping, front desk) and executive positions (e.g., Hotel Manager, GM, Department Heads)
  • Familiar with hospitality hiring standards, profiles, and role structures
  • Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or Business-related field preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hotel executives to define hiring needs and strategies
  • Source, assess, and recommend qualified candidates for all hotel departments and leadership roles
  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Maintain and grow a strong hospitality talent network
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of both urgent and long-term staffing needs
