Junior Recruiter
to join our team in
Philippines.

Rate paid in PHP: 18,000 Base + 6,000 KPI Bonus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Extensive Experience in high volume Hiring
  • Handling all the positions from Entry Level to Sr. Level positions (technical and non-technical roles)
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates using databases, contacts, references, social media, etc
  • Screening prospective candidates through telephonic, and Video Interviews
  • Conducting the initial rounds of the interview and shortlisting the candidates
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Processing candidates for a Job offer and endorsing for the onboarding process

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in BPO Recruitment (volume hiring)
  • Excellent English communication skills - written and oral
  • Must have experience in scaling up and meeting the volume quickly
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

  • Processor:
    • Core i5 or higher
    • RAM - 8GB or higher
    • Bandwidth Requirements Minimum:

    • A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background
