Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview, and recommend top candidates.
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, records management, and internal correspondence.
  • Support senior management with project coordination, reporting, and team organization.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and HR-related tasks to ensure smooth integration.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients regarding ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership on business operations, team relations, and employee development.
  • Grow into a leadership position by mentoring and supporting new team members as we expand.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment – required.
  • Prior remote work experience – required.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets and Canva.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Long-term commitment mindset.
