We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing top talent. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers

Responsibilities:  

  • -Engage in phone outreach to present job opportunities to a defined prospect list of candidates.
  • -Customize the presentation of opportunities following our formulated approach, ensuring a natural and persuasive delivery.
  • -Master the lead generation process, benchmarking progress through data analysis.
  • -Progress to the second phase, shadowing a senior recruiter, and participating in candidate interviews.
  • -Learn to conduct phone screen interviews and create customized phone screen documents for clients.
  • -Collaborate with the team to close candidates successfully and provide excellent client service.

Skills:

  • -Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • -Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • -Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • -Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • -Ensuring accuracy in job postings, candidate information, and scheduling.
  • -Data Entry: Efficiently managing and entering data related to candidates and job openings.
  • -Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • -Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • -Experience in recruiting required (1-3 years) Experience with search strings and LinkedIn and Indeed to find candidates.
  • -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • -Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ATS software.
  • -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
