About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter (for pooling) to lead hiring for technical and software development roles across Web Development, Mobile, AI/ML, Big Data, Cloud & DevOps, and QA/QC.

This role is both strategic and hands-on - you will own sourcing channels, drive speed and quality in placements, and act as a trusted partner to clients while ensuring an excellent customer and candidate experience.

What You'll Be Measured On

  • Delivering within SLA for technical hiring
  • Filling 60%+ of assigned openings within 12 weeks
  • Maintaining 80%+ placement retention at days
  • Driving high candidate and client satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 3+ years full-cycle recruitment experience in software development and technical roles.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong remote work discipline.

Role Expectations:

  • Location: Bacolod or Cebu City-based
  • Work Set up: Hybrid - willing and able to work onsite
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Regular

Work Schedule:

  • Mid-Shitt, 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Mondays to Fridays
  • Flexy for events
