AC CHANNEL MANAGER

The AC Channel Manager is pivotal in establishing and expanding new sales channels for the AC product line, Responsibilities include strategy development, performance monitoring, and adapting to market changes. Overall, they drive the effective distribution of the organization's AC products to the target market.

Main responsibilities:

  • Oversees dealer account management and ensures sales contributions from assigned dealers and accounts.
  • Professionally communicates the features and benefits of our products / services.
  • Sales forecast and planning Must engage, maintain and strengthen relationships with key / primary AC Channels in the Philippines
  • Negotiates effectively with channels and must be adept at closing deals.
  • Responsible for maintaining price stability within the designated market area
  • Oversees and analyzes market and competitor dynamics, including but not limited to, pricing, sales and promotional activities
  • Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) collections.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Masters preferred / bachelor's degree in technical or business required
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the consumer AC retail industry.
  • Experience in Home Appliance / competitor brands is a requirement
  • Proficient verbal and written English communication skills
  • Experience in Gree/TCL/Midea/Kolin/Koppel/Condura/Samsung/Panasonic is preferred
  • Extensive experience in collaborative teamwork across various product groups, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics.
  • Proficient in computer literacy
  • Demonstrates strong management and leadership acumen.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Able to adapt, embrace and embody company's corporate culture, displaying diligent work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.

Salary:

BASIC : PHP 58, ,000.00
