Lennor Metier Consulting , a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a global energy storage company that is expanding nationwide. To support this growth, we are hiring Channel Sales Managers in Manila, Cebu, and Davao .
The Role
As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in your assigned territory by developing distributor and reseller networks , enabling partners, and ensuring customers gain access to innovative energy storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow and manage channel partners (distributors, resellers, EPCs, and installers).
- Conduct product presentations and training for partners.
- Work with global teams on pricing, marketing, and product launches .
- Identify new market opportunities and represent the brand at industry events .
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in sales, channel management, or business development .
- Experience in renewable energy, solar, batteries, inverters, power systems, telecom power, or UPS .
- Strong industry network in your territory (Luzon, Visayas, or Mindanao).
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and collaborative.
- Based in Manila, Cebu, or Davao , with flexibility to travel regionally.
