Office Secretary

Prepare and submit various reports.
Organize and maintain company files and documents.
Answer phone calls, emails and inquiries.
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external clients.
Assist in scheduling, documentation and other office-related tasks.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any field
Proficient in Microsoft office applications
Good communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in English
Organized, detailed-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Willing to learn and adapt to new tasks or tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php Php700.00 per day
