The Gee Clinic is looking for a proactive, trustworthy, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide top-level support to our executive leadership. As an integral part of our fast-growing aesthetics and wellness brand, you will help ensure seamless day-to-day operations while handling both professional and confidential matters with utmost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage executive schedules, meetings, and appointments

Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Coordinate travel, bookings, and logistics for business trips and events

Assist with daily administrative tasks and operational follow-ups

Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met

Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external partners

Organize meetings, record minutes, and prepare follow-up summaries

Support in executive decision-making and communication initiatives

Perform personal errands and special assignments as needed

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related course

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar executive or administrative support role

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Discreet, dependable, and committed to confidentiality

Can work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities

Willing to work extended hours or weekends if required
