JOB DESCRIPTION:
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for robotic vacuum cleaners through effective channel management and direct sales initiatives.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new retail partners (e.g., department stores, electronics retailers, specialty stores) to expand market reach.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their commitment and support for our products.
Negotiate sales terms, promotional activities, and merchandising agreements with partners.
Conduct regular market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand consumer trends.
Implement strategic sales programs and promotions to drive product awareness and sales volume.
Extensive roving to different malls, department stores, and potential event venues across various areas in Metro Manila and potentially beyond, as required.
Conduct on-site visits to channel partners to provide product training, merchandising support, and sales assistance.
Monitor stock levels, product visibility, and merchandising quality at all retail points.
Gather feedback from partners and customers to inform product development and sales strategies.
Plan, organize, and execute the setup of attractive and effective product booths or kiosks within malls and department stores. This includes coordinating with mall administration, sourcing materials, and managing the display.
Manage all operational aspects of booths/kiosks, including staffing (if applicable), inventory management, and daily sales reporting.
Conceptualize, plan, and execute product demonstrations and promotional activities at booths/kiosks and during events.
Coordinate and manage participation in relevant trade shows, consumer electronics fairs, and other promotional events from initial planning to dismantling.
Ensure all booth/kiosk and event setups adhere to brand guidelines and deliver an engaging customer experience.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales.
Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance reviews for management.
Manage inventory effectively, ensuring optimal stock levels for various channels and events.
Address and resolve any operational issues or challenges that arise within the sales channels.
Provide ongoing training and support to sales promoters or in-store staff involved in selling our products.
