About the Job:

Marketing Officer supports the planning, execution, and tracking of brand and trade marketing initiatives across ATL, BTL, and TTL channels, while also managing critical documentation, reporting, and supplier coordination. The role requires someone who is highly proactive, organized, and fast in delivering results. This role is divided into 50% campaign coordination and creative marketing work, and 50% documentation, procurement, and administrative support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Marketing Execution (50%)

  • Coordinate ATL (TV, radio, print, digital), BTL (trade shows, events, activations), and TTL (integrated campaigns) with internal teams and agencies

  • Contribute creative ideas for brand campaigns, promotions, and dealer engagement programs

  • Assist in preparing briefings, marketing plans, and concept proposals

  • Monitor execution timelines, creative production, and deployment of materials in trade and retail

  • Provide support in organizing events, launches, and branded activations

  • Collaborate with sales, digital, and external suppliers to ensure consistent brand presence

Documentation & Admin Support (50%)

  • Prepare and process invoices, POs, supplier quotations, canvass forms, and liquidation reports

  • Submit campaign and project reports on time, with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Maintain marketing files, contracts, brand assets, and inventory of collaterals

  • Monitor budget utilization and track expenses versus approved allocations

  • Ensure campaign documents comply with company policies and DTI and ASC regulations

  • Coordinate permit applications, supplier accreditation, and audit trail documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

  • Preferably with experience in marketing, trade & event execution, and administrative coordination

  • Has background in ATL, BTL, and TTL marketing strategies, including experience working with agencies and third-party suppliers

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (reporting, tracking, dashboards), PowerPoint (presentations), and Word (documentation)

  • Familiarity with procurement processes, supplier coordination, DTI amd ASC permits, and internal approval workflows

  • Experience in the automotive, petroleum, FMCG, or similar fast-paced industry is preferred

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong sense of ownership and urgency

  • Comfortable working under pressure, managing multiple deadlines, and coordinating across functions
