Position: Marketing & Administrative Coordinator
Office-based (hybrid acceptable, must attend meetings when needed)
Full-time
We're looking for someone organized, proactive, and detail-oriented to help us keep projects and contractors on track while handling some admin and marketing coordination.
What you'll do:
Coordinate with contractors (designers, social media, suppliers, etc.)
Track deadlines, deliverables, and reports
Supervise marketing materials to ensure brand consistency
Manage schedules, emails, and spreadsheets
Support operations like inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and logistics
What we're looking for:
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
Organized and reliable with great communication
Experience in admin, project coordination, or marketing support
Canva knowledge a plus (mainly for reviewing, not designing)
