We are on the lookout for an additional Compensation & Benefits Assistant to become a part of our expanding team. As we strive to improve our employee experience, we are in need of an enthusiastic individual to assist with our compensation and benefits programs.
Job Summary:
- Provides centralized HR services on mandated benefits such SSS, Phil health, Pag Ibig; administer timely facilitation and processing of employees applications and company's government deadlines under Stores respectively.
- Monitoring of BIR (ORUS), SSS R1-A, PHIC (ER-2), merging government details and change of status.
- Experience in Company's government registration is an advantage.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve concerns regarding payroll and benefits.
- Focus on checking of billings under agencies and commissions.
- Monitoring newly hired employee updates and bank applications.
- Conduct brief orientations for newly hired when needed
- Address employee inquiries and resolve concerns regarding pay and benefits
- Must be able to do and can accommodate employees payroll-timekeeping (Direct under Agencies) through payroll system and/or HRIS
- Willing to do other task given.
