HR Recruitment Assistant (Operations Hiring Support)

Location: South Caloocan

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Type of Employment: Full-Time

We are searching for an HR Recruitment Assistant who will primarily support the hiring needs of the Operations Department. The role includes assisting in applicant sourcing, coordinating deployment requirements, and providing HR administrative support to ensure the department receives the manpower it needs.

Main Duties:

  • Help source and attract applicants for various roles under the Operations team.
  • Conduct initial assessments, phone screenings, and arrange interview schedules.
  • Coordinate regularly with Operations heads regarding staffing updates and job requirements.
  • Maintain organized files, applicant records, recruitment logs, and reports.
  • Assist in orienting and onboarding new hires assigned to operations.
  • Post job ads, monitor applications, and update the recruitment tracking sheet.
  • Support timely manpower allocation based on operational demands.
  • Handle additional HR-related tasks assigned by the department.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Graduate of HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Recruitment experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication, organizing, and time-management skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment supporting operations hiring.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and can work with minimal supervision.
