JOB SUMMARY
1. Employee Retention & Engagement Programs
- Design, plan, and implement employee engagement and retention activities such as recognition programs, appreciation events, and wellness initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify and address factors that contribute to employee turnover.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retention programs and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate stay interviews, pulse surveys, and exit interviews to gather insights on employee satisfaction and potential areas for improvement.
- Ensure employee concerns are properly addressed through feedback channels or focus group discussions.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track and analyze attrition and retention metrics, including reasons for resignation and employee satisfaction scores.
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations for management on retention-related trends and findings.
- Use data insights to develop proactive retention strategies.
3. Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records of employee engagement activities and feedback.
- Assist in the planning and logistics of employee events, workshops, and recognition programs.
- Perform other related HR tasks as assigned.
