Position Overview:

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources Department in managing daily HR operations and ensuring efficient delivery of HR services. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, handling HR documents, and providing support to employees and management regarding HR-related matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare and maintain employee 201 files, contracts, memos, and other HR documents.
  • Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Monitor and update attendance, leave records, and employee schedules.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing needed HR data (attendance, leaves, schedule adjustments).
  • Coordinate employee benefits, government-mandated contributions, and company requirements.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in organizing HR-related activities such as trainings, meetings, and company events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • With experience in HR or administrative work is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
