JOB TITLE: HR Recruitment Assistant (Operations Support)

Work Location: South Caloocan

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruitment Assistant who will focus on supporting the recruitment needs of the Operations Department. The role involves end-to-end hiring assistance, coordination with operations teams, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth manpower deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing qualified applicants for various positions under the Operations Department.
  • Conduct initial screening, phone interviews, and scheduling of candidates.
  • Coordinate with Operations Supervisors/Managers regarding manpower requirements and updates.
  • Prepare and organize applicant records, interview notes, and recruitment reports.
  • Assist in onboarding newly hired employees assigned to operations.
  • Support HR activities such as job postings, applicant tracking, and updating recruitment databases.
  • Help ensure timely deployment of manpower based on operational needs.
  • Perform other HR administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • Experience in recruitment is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment handling operations hiring
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and can work with minimal supervision
