The Team: The successful candidate for this role will be part of the growing Commodity Insights division in Manila and a pioneering role locally.

Responsibilities and Impact:

This position is aligned to Channel Partner Excellence team and will be responsible for supporting the Channel Management group, helping to launch new distribution partners and products, and ensure consistency of processes surrounding S&P Global Commodity Insights Channel Partnerships. 

General Operations

  • Liaise with Channel Partners and Commodity Insights internal departments as necessary to facilitate operational processes

  • Lead / support onboarding of new Channel Partners as well as roll out new products and enhancements across Channel Partners

  • Ensure Channel Partner Excellence issues are identified and resolved timely.

  • Support effort to onboard new Channel Partners as well as roll out new products and enhancements across Channel Partners

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects facilitating new and existing processes between Commodity Insights and such Channel Partners. 

  • Support programs to motivate and enable Platts channel partners to drive new business growth

  • Manage content of Partner Portal

  • Address product fulfillment escalations over channel partner platforms

  • Investigate discrepancies in Channel ACV and revenue reporting

  • Address internal and external Sales Rep queries, including billing queries

  • Ensure that the team process guides, workflows and RACIs are updated regularly.

General Performance Reports

  • Report on Channel activity and lead generation

  • Facilitate Channel Partner Pipeline

  • Advanced level reporting and in-depth analysis of reports related to Channel Partner activity and revenue

  • Ad-hoc reports for Channel management & Finance

  • Bi-monthly presentations / updates to Channel Management

Champion on Processes / Systems

  • Update teams on enhancements and new processes

  • Ensure Data Governance / Compliance and satisfaction of corporate audit requirements

  • Facilitate Channel Partner platform governance

  • Support management of partner contracts details in Salesforce

  • Analysis of product offerings and subsequent reconciliation with internal systems and feeds

Projects

  • Support Channel Working Group initiatives and processes

  • Roll out package level fulfilment across channel partners

  • Cover for Channel Partner Excellence projects

  • Ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What We're Looking For:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is required.

  • 2-5 years of experience in client management or sales operations or a similar role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to build rapport and trust.

  • Confident and articulate, with strong presentation skills.

  • Strong analytical/reporting skills with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience working with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
