Company Overview

We are a global digital marketing team supporting leading software brands in executing impactful campaigns.

We're looking for a
HubSpot Marketing Automation Specialist
to manage workflows, automations, and performance tracking that fuel our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
  • Create and manage workflows, email nurtures, lists, forms, and lead scoring.
  • Set up LinkedIn outreach campaigns using industry-leading tools.
  • Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Monitor performance metrics and support monthly reporting.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Hands-on experience building smart workflows, automation rules, and lead lifecycles.
  • Experience with LinkedIn automation tools.
  • Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus:
    Experience in B2B marketing or outbound sales is a plus.
