About the role:
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Partnerships Manager
to help us grow and expand both our core credit bureau offerings and new verticals. In this high-impact role, you'll be at the forefront of developing partnerships with vendors and clients, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and delivering tangible value to the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve the annual revenue target for your assigned vertical, working closely with the Sales team.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to enrich current data assets and maximize revenue potential.
- Lead the development and execution of key external partnerships—from ideation to deal closure and monetization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers at target organizations to understand their needs and tailor our offerings.
- Support the creation and delivery of compelling sales presentations that align CIBI's products with client goals.
- Become an expert on CIBI's product suite and how it supports the credit lifecycle.
- Gather market feedback to influence product innovation and enhancements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Product, IT, and Customer Service to ensure seamless implementation and service delivery.
- Assist the Sales and Pre-Sales teams with high-impact partnership engagements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management or partnership development, ideally within financial institutions.
- Deep understanding of the credit lifecycle, credit bureau data (CIC Basic Tier and Advanced Tier), alternative data, and fintech or financial technology solutions.
- Strategic thinker with an analytical mindset—able to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative and proactive, with a track record of driving initiatives across teams.
