Role Description

The Partnership and Events Specialist's purpose is to engage with potential customers, build relationships with existing ones, and reach new markets. The role supports branch execution by directly coordinating with operators for clarity and cascades details to the team for implementation of nationwide monthly campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and crafts nationwide campaigns to increase awareness, foot traffic, mobile application downloads, and revenue
  • Develops and implements client acquisition activities via on-ground events and partnerships
  • Organizes community events, workshops, and meetings to encourage participation and collaboration
  • Ensures that campaign objectives is aligned with AIDAR
  • Analyzes data related to community/on-ground engagement efforts and use insights to improve strategies
  • Tracks and reports on the impact of community/on-ground programs and initiatives
  • Represents the organization at public events and functions
  • Supports branch operations in terms of on-ground events such as branch openings, and other related activities

Qualifications

  • A holder of a Bachelor's Degree in, Marketing or equivalent
  • With 1-2 yrs of relevant experience in any Marketing facet
