About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and independent Partnerships & Business Development Specialist to help our client's sales growth. This role is focused on building international client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and contributing directly to revenue targets. You'll work closely with the Sales Operations Manager (with a dotted line to the CEO/Co-Founder) and collaborate with global teams.
This is a remote, client-facing role with opportunities to make a tangible impact in scaling a social enterprise tackling plastic pollution worldwide.
Work hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PHT (aligned with Bali HQ), with flexibility for international calls

What you'll do
- Sales & Client Conversion: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle — from outreach, presentations, and proposals to closing deals.
- Client Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- CRM Tracking: Use HubSpot (or similar CRM tools) to manage pipeline, track progress, and ensure follow-ups.
- Proposal & Presentation Development: Prepare tailored proposals, RFP responses, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Networking & Market Outreach: Independently identify and pursue opportunities, while leveraging backend lead generation support.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align sales activities with overall partnership strategies.
- Performance & KPIs: Deliver against targets such as revenue, meetings booked, and pipeline creation.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience, ideally with international clients
- Proven ability to close deals and manage client-facing sales processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence decision-makers
- Experience with CRMs (HubSpot a plus, but Salesforce/Pipedrive acceptable)
- Independent, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely
- Passion for sustainability, social impact, or purpose-driven organizations (a strong plus)

- Exposure to sustainability, CSR, or social enterprise industries
- Comfort in high-growth, fast-paced environments with evolving strategies
