  • Plans, organizes and directs timely and accurate preparation of financial and regulatory reports.
  • Prepares financial statistical information for use as directed by Management in relation to past, present or future relations.
  • Analyzes and interprets financial data to provide Management with information on costs, allocations and controls, comparison of results against budget, income and expenditures reviews and other similar functions.
  • Prepares journal entries.
  • Preparation and submission/filing of the following forms to BIR:
  • BIR Form No. 1601C
  • BIR Form No. 1601E
  • BIR Form No. 1601F
  • BIR Form No. 1603
  • BIR Form 1702Q
  • BIR Form 2550Q
  • BIR Form No. 2550M
  • BIR Form No. 1600
  • Assists and organizes all activities of the Accounting department with the Accounting Manager which includes Orientation, training and guides subordinates in their performance of duties. Monitors compliance by subordinates to job duties and assignments, company rules and regulations. Evaluates the performance of subordinates and recommends appropriate action. Implements company policies, rules and regulations and report infractions or violations to superior and HRD.
