. Supervise and manage the daily operations of the accounting department including:

o Accounts payable/receivable

o General ledger

o Bank reconciliations

o Fixed assets

o Payroll

o Tax reporting

· Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

· Coordinate and complete annual audits.

· Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure efficient financial management and internal controls.

· Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and forecasts.

· Manage budget preparation and assist with financial planning processes.

· Support the month-end and year-end close processes.

· Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

· Lead, mentor, and supervise junior accounting staff.

· Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Preferably CPA
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in accounting & Finance
  • Experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and budgeting
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month
