Duties:

  1. Assists the Financial Controller in the efficient management of the Company's overall accounting functions, management information and controls.

  2. Prepares the monthly financial statements and and supporting schedules/reports.

  3. Checks the daily Revenue Report, Cash Position Report, Food Cost Report.

  4. Assists the Financial Controller in preparing budgets and forecasts.

  5. Familiarizes thoroughly with the duties and responsibilities of all accounting staff.

  6. Set guidelines and deadlines for her staff in order to ensure accurate and timely reporting

  7. Ensures an organized, updated filing system, including limits of access.

  8. Prepares bank reconciliations and corresponding journal vouchers.

  9. Checks subsidiary ledger/general ledger and inter-company account reconciliations

  10. Prepares and submits on time all reports required by government agencies.

  11. Prepares on time all account schedules required by the external auditors

  12. Checks all journal vouchers before they are posted to the General Ledger

  13. Checks accuracy of payroll prior to check preparation

  14. Verifies accuracy of commissions prior to payments

  15. Performs other duties which maybe assigned by the Financial Controller

Job Specification:

  • BS Accountancy graduate must be CPA

-5-7 years in similar position

-Excellent in oral and written communications
