Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting and Accounting:
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements in accordance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS).
  • Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant laws.
  • Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
  • Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations.
  • Audit:
  • Conduct external audits of financial statement, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Evaluate internal controls, assess risk management processes, and recommend improvements.
  • Review financial reports and transactions for accuracy and ensure proper documentation.
  • Taxation:
  • Prepare and file tax returns, including income tax, value-added tax (VAT), and other applicable taxes with the BIR.
  • Stay updated on tax law changes and ensure timely implementation of necessary adjustments.
  • Financial Analysis and Forecasting:
  • Analyze financial performance and prepare projections to support decision-making and business strategies.
  • Develop financial forecasts and assist in budgeting for future operations.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of necessary corporate documents, such as annual reports and other regulatory submissions.
