About the role

Aces Solar Corporation, a leading renewable energy company, is seeking a skilled Procurement Staff to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of materials and services required for our solar energy projects in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila. As a crucial member of our operations team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our products and services to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and sourcing high-quality, cost-effective materials and services from reliable suppliers

  • Negotiating favourable contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities and inventory levels

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement strategies align with the company's overall goals and objectives

  • Monitoring and managing supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and compliance with quality standards

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement function

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 - 2 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex supplier relationships

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Proficient in data analysis and supply chain management software, with the ability to generate and interpret reports

  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing procurement-related issues

  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
