Duties & Responsibilities

Operations Admin Assistant

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to our management team and other departments
  • Handling a wide range of clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and general office administration
  • Assisting with procurement, inventory management, and other operations-related tasks
  • Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of office policies and procedures
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering supplies when necessary
  • Supporting special projects and events as needed
  • Perform other mandated management functions and or any other duties that may be assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education and Training
  • Candidate must possess a college degree
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
  • Attention to detail and strong record-keeping abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
