Job Title: Construction Manager

Job Summary

The Construction Manager will oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from bidding to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client requirements. The Construction Manager will lead site operations, coordinate with stakeholders, and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects, ensuring alignment with project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead and manage on-site construction activities, including supervising subcontractors and staff.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and legal regulations.
  • Review and approve project designs, cost estimates, contracts, and schedules.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders throughout project execution.
  • Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment to avoid project delays.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Prepare progress reports, financial updates, and project documentation.
  • Ensure proper handover of completed projects to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree or PMP/CM certification is an advantage).
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a senior supervisory role in construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical documents.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders and vendors.
  • Proficiency in construction management software.
  • Can handle the Engineering department .
  • Willing to work in compressed time:Mon-Thu 8am -7pm and Friday 8am -5pm
  • Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
