Job Summary

The Project Manager will lead and oversee construction projects from bidding to completion, ensuring that all activities are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires a licensed Civil Engineer with strong leadership, technical, and project management skills to effectively manage resources, contractors, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with engineering and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, cost, and quality requirements.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Supervise and coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with design specifications, engineering standards, and local regulations.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve on-site issues.
  • Oversee project documentation, contracts, and progress reporting to management and clients.
  • Lead project teams by providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety standards, environmental policies, and legal requirements.
  • Manage project closeout, including final inspections, handover, and documentation of lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).
  • Licensed Civil Engineer (mandatory requirement).
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management methodologies, and regulatory standards.
  • Proficient in project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore, AutoCAD).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
  • Can manage the whole Engr dept
  • Willing to work on compressed schedule:Monday to Thursday 8am to 7pm and Friday 8am to 5pm only

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
