Compensation: 700USD to 900USD/Month (based on experience & expertise)

Job Overview

As an Appointment Generator, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by identifying and engaging potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified appointments through effective communication and outreach strategies. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in B2B sales and telemarketing, who is comfortable using CRM software such as Salesforce to manage leads and track progress.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
  • Utilise CRM software, including Salesforce, to document interactions and manage leads effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through consistent follow-up and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for further engagement.
  • Achieve daily and weekly appointment-setting targets while maintaining high-quality communication standards.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to help refine our outreach strategy.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is essential.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
