Job Description
Team Leadership & Performance
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Channel Associates to achieve sales and partnership goals.
- Monitor daily team activities, performance metrics, and KPIs.
- Conduct regular training, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations.
Channel Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, resellers, and affiliates.
- Oversee partner onboarding, activation, and ongoing support.
- Implement strategies to maximize partner performance and channel profitability.
- Ensure brand and product consistency across all partner marketing and sales materials.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute activation plans and promotional activities through channel partners.
- Track targets, forecast results, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Operational Excellence
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to support channel initiatives.
- Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and reporting of channel activities.
- Drive process improvements to streamline partner engagement and reporting.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on team performance, partner sales, and ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in channel development, sales, partner management, or business development.
- At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, partner programs, and sales cycles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in monitoring tools, reporting dashboards, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented, analytical, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
