What You'll Do

The Channel Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales performance across both online and offline retail channels. This role ensures strategic execution of sales initiatives, channel expansion, partner management, and achievement of revenue targets. The manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, and Supply Chain—to deliver seamless customer experiences and optimize channel profitability.

Key Responsibility Areas

Business Development & Relationship Management

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new offline, digital, and institutional channel partners
  • Develop and execute channel growth plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets
  • Negotiate trading terms and oversee all onboarding requirements and trainings
  • Drive strategic account engagement through business reviews and joint planning to unlock growth, resolve roadblocks, and strengthen partnerships
  • Identify and maximize opportunistic sales channels (fairs, pop-ups, community activations, partnerships) and lead full planning, coordination, and logistics for successful execution
  • Provide regular performance reports, highlighting results, insights, and action plans

Offline Retail Partnerships

  • Ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection in coordination with warehouse and finance.
  • Implement merchandising strategies to improve visibility, conversion, and overall store performance.
  • Execute joint marketing initiatives with retail partners, including events, promotions, and thematic campaigns.

  • Drive executional excellence through weekly head-office coordination and proactive in-store trade checks to ensure compliance and enhance customer experience

  • Manage store merchandisersby monitoring performance, ensuring flawless in-store execution, and driving visibility and sell-through

E-commerce & Marketplace Management

  • Achieve sales targets through optimized assortment, listings, pricing, promotions, and shopfront operations.
  • Evaluate and participate in platform campaigns and programs that drive sustainable sales growth.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to boost channel efficiency and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Customer Care and Operations to resolve inquiries and issues promptly.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of strategies, alignment of campaigns, and optimization of the customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Regularly align with the Finance team on monitoring timely collection of receivables
  • Help in the special projects of the Private Label team, Commercial group and total edamama (ex. Expos, product research and development, workshops, etc.)

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, account management, channel management, e-commerce, or retail operations.
  • Strong understanding of both online (e-commerce, marketplaces) and offline retail environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage channel performance, monitor KPIs, and execute sales or promotional strategies.
  • Solid experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, and Supply Chain.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for handling partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects or channels simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong initiative and ownership of tasks and deliverables.
