Job summary

The process improvement and verification officer/process engineer is responsible for evaluating, designing, and enhancing business process to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance. The role involves performing audits, verifying adherence to procedures and standards, and identifying opportunities for process optimization. The officer will/collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Process analysis and Improvement

  • Analyzing current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Gathering and analyzing data to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Developing and implementing solutions to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and address process issues.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Analyzing current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvements with cost/benefit analysis.

Verification and Quality Control

  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of business process and data,
  • Verifying compliance with established procedures and regulations.
  • Identifying and addressing any discrepancies or errors in processes.
  • Developing and implementing quality control measures to prevent errors.

Documentation and Training

  • Developing and maintaining process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Training new employees on new processes and procedures.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor process improvements.
  • Communicating process changes and updates to stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
