Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Draftsman to support our project planning and cost management processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and creating technical drawings and layouts in support of construction projects.

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.

  • Interpret architectural and engineering plans and specifications.

  • Draft layout plans, technical drawings, and construction details using CAD software.

  • Coordinate with project engineers and site personnel for scope validation.

  • Monitor project cost variations and assist in budget control.

  • Assist in the preparation of bid documents and project proposals.

Job Requirements:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or any related field.

  • Preferably with experience in construction estimating and drafting.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and other drafting software.

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.

  • Knowledge in MS Excel and cost analysis tools.
