About the Role

At Gigahertz, our Branch Managers are the front-line leaders who ensure their store delivers exceptional results in sales, service, and operations. You'll lead your sales team, manage day-to-day performance, and ensure your branch meets its targets across all product categories.

This role is for someone who can lead from the front—driving sales strategies, motivating the team, and making sure the store runs like clockwork.

What You'll Do

1. Drive Sales & Performance

  • Lead and inspire your sales supervisor and team to achieve targets in laptops, mobile devices, printers, monitors, networking products, and accessories.
  • Oversee your store's
    social media and digital presence
    to generate leads and sales.
  • Implement strategies to increase foot traffic, conversion, and average transaction value.

2. Build & Support a Winning Team

  • Recruit, select, and onboard new sales team members.
  • Deliver and reinforce Gigahertz's comprehensive training programs:

  • Product Knowledge
  • Leadership Skills
  • Conduct
    weekly coaching sessions
    to keep your team motivated, skilled, and aligned.

3. Communicate & Execute with Clarity

  • Set and communicate clear sales goals and company directives to your team.
  • Ensure alignment with company strategies for both online and in-store sales.
  • Provide regular updates to the Area Manager on branch performance, challenges, and wins.
  • Implement head office directives—policy updates, price changes, promotions—with proof of execution.

4. Maintain Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with audit, HR, accounting, and warehouse requirements.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and safeguard store assets.
  • Maintain proper documentation for stock transfers, payroll, schedules, and sales reports.
