Job Description

Master Garage Philippines is opening a new branch in Batangas, and we are hiring an Operations Manager to lead the entire branch. This role oversees all departments—Service Bay, Parts, Admin, Customer Service, and Housekeeping—ensuring smooth operations, excellent customer care, and compliance with MG standards.

New hires will undergo paid training at our Cavite HQ to ensure full alignment with nationwide policies and operational systems.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise all branch departments and staff
  • Minimum experience in managing teams of 21 or more people is required
  • Ensure smooth daily operations from check-in to vehicle release
  • Set branch performance targets (productivity, efficiency, customer satisfaction)
  • Monitor service flow, quality control, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate with the Service Supervisor, Admin Supervisor, Finance Head, and Parts
  • Approve major purchases and validate parts usage
  • Handle escalated customer concerns and special cases
  • Enforce MG policies, Code of Conduct, and safety standards
  • Submit operational reports to MGPH
  • Drive branch culture, professionalism, and teamwork

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required)
  • Proven experience as Operations Manager, Service Manager, Branch Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience is required for this position
  • Strong understanding of automotive service operations
  • Intermediate experience in automotive service operations is required
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, disciplined, and able to manage multiple teams
  • Customer-oriented with a high standard of professionalism
  • Willing to undergo paid training in Cavite
  • Willing to work onsite in Batangas (Monday–Saturday)
