About the role

Gerry's Restaurant & Bar is seeking a motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our SM Batangas location. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated staff, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This full-time position is based in Batangas City, Batangas, offering opportunities for career growth within our growing restaurant group.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, inventory management, and financial reporting
  2. Lead, train, and develop a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences
  3. Implement strategies to drive sales, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability
  4. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
  5. Foster a positive work environment and cultivate a strong sense of team spirit
  6. Collaborate with the central management team to identify and implement improvements
  7. Actively participate in marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within the restaurant or retail industry
  2. Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving financial results
  4. Thorough understanding of inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting
  5. Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and legal regulations in the food and beverage industry

  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders
