Job Description

Master Garage Philippines is opening a new branch in Batangas, and we are hiring an Admin Supervisor to lead branch documentation, billing, coordination with Operations and Parts, and HR-related admin compliance.

The Admin Supervisor ensures accurate records, organized workflows, proper billing, and smooth coordination between departments.

Successful applicants will undergo paid training at our Cavite HQ to learn MG's nationwide admin standards and processes.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the Admin team and ensure accurate billing, records, and documentation
  • Validate invoices, job orders, warranties, and service records
  • Ensure all labor and parts charges match service and parts data
  • Coordinate with Service Advisor, Operations, Parts, and Finance
  • Submit daily and weekly admin reports to the Finance Head and Operations Manager
  • Oversee filing systems, customer records, and document preparation
  • Ensure HR endorsements (attendance, NTE, compliance documents) are organized and timely
  • Uphold confidentiality, documentation integrity, and MG admin standards

Qualifications
  • Experience as Admin Supervisor, Admin Lead, or Senior Billing/Admin Clerk
  • Strong background in documentation, billing, or office administration
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting skills
  • Familiar with coordination across multiple departments
  • Able to supervise admin staff effectively
  • Willing to undergo paid training in Cavite
  • Willing to work onsite in Batangas (Monday–Saturday)
