Job Description

Master Garage Philippines is expanding to Batangas, and we are hiring a Service Supervisor to lead our service bay team. The role oversees mechanics, ensures smooth workflow, maintains quality control, and coordinates with Parts, Admin, and the Service Advisor for efficient daily operations.

Hired applicants will undergo paid training at our Cavite Branch (HQ) to ensure proper alignment with Master Garage standards and procedures.


Responsibilities
  • Supervise Senior, Junior, and Helper Mechanics
  • Assign daily tasks based on skill level and workload
  • Oversee service workflow and ensure timely completion of units
  • Conduct in-process checks and first QC before final inspection
  • Validate parts requests and coordinate with the Parts Department
  • Work closely with the Service Advisor on job orders, timelines, and updates
  • Monitor attendance, conduct, and performance of mechanics
  • Enforce safety, cleanliness, and discipline in the service bay
  • Submit daily reports to the Admin Supervisor and Operations Manager
  • Provide coaching and technical guidance to mechanics

Qualifications
  • Experience as Senior Mechanic, Lead Mechanic, or Service Bay Supervisor
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as Senior Mechanic, Lead Mechanic, or Service Bay Supervisor required
  • Strong technical background (diagnostics, repairs, workflow management)
  • With experience supervising a team (preferred)
  • Minimum experience supervising a team of 7 or more people required
  • Organized, reliable, and strict on quality and safety standards
  • Can coordinate well with different departments
  • Willing to undergo paid training in Cavite
  • Willing to work on-site in Batangas (Monday–Saturday)
