Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage files, retrieve records, reports, and documents.
  • Draft correspondence, schedule appointments, and manage office calendars.
  • Process and file government permits; maintain office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  • Submit and monitor billings to the airline's head office, ensuring adherence to strict payment deadlines to avoid penalties from agencies such as CAB, MIAA, CAAP, BIR, and other national and local government bodies.
  • Coordinate regularly with the airline's accounting firm, internal departments, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP applications, and social media platforms for administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate of Business Administration or Accounting
  • Preferably have a work experience of at least 1–2 years in the airline or accounting industry.
  • Quick learner with strong initiative, assertiveness, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, with a good disposition and pleasing personality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP applications, and social media platforms.
