Job Summary:
PJ Link Language Center is seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to provide overall support to the school's daily operations. Reporting directly to the Marketing & Admin Manager, this role will assist in various aspects of administration, marketing, and general support services needed to ensure smooth operations across all departments. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the Marketing & Admin Manager.
- Assist in the coordination of school operations, including class scheduling, student inquiries, and staff support.
- Help prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for management.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and scheduling of interviews.
- Assist in marketing initiatives such as event coordination, email campaigns, and social media updates.
- Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records.
- Perform other tasks and projects as assigned to support the overall needs of the school.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Business Management, Human Resource Development Management, Communication, Psychology, Education, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and willingness to learn new tools.
- A proactive, dependable, and adaptable team player.
