
Administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping the executives stay focused on their priorities by handling a variety of responsibilities, from organizing schedules to managing communication and other administrative functions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers
- Collate and distribute mail
- Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
- Write and edit communications, from letters to reports and instructional documents
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) or equivalent software
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in bookkeeping
- A team player with strong decision-making skills
- Experience in marketing, construction, and handling business permits or other regulatory permits is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
