A Administrative Assistant provides essential support to an administrative team by handling various clerical and organizational tasks, ensuring smooth office operations. This role involves managing communication, scheduling, record-keeping, and assisting with general office duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Male or Female
· At least 1-year related experience
· Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration or Management, Tourism, Human Resources, or any related field.
· Fresh graduates are encouraging to apply
· Amenable to work at Makati Cinema Square
· Working Schedule; Monday to Friday, on-call during Saturday (9:30am – 6:30pm)

SKILLS REQUIRED
· Good communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues and clients.
· Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and other relevant systems.
· Detail oriented: Accuracy in handling data, preparing documents, and managing information.
· Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.
· Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
· Good project management skills.
· Can work under pressure

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Works with Human Resources and Executive Secretary
· Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
· Managing travel arrangements
· Assisting with event planning and coordination
· Performing data entry and analysis
· Creating reports on KPIs for the practice
· Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence
· Administrative Tasks - create and maintain a comprehensive filing system for all documents, records, and reports pertaining to the CEO's office.
· Project Support - assist in managing various projects and initiatives providing research and administrative assistance as needed.
· Office Management - provide support in maintaining office environment and ensure that the office is organized, clean, conducive to productivity, and ordering and maintaining office supplies.
· Personal Assistance - provide personalized support to the CEO and other members of the executive office, attending to personal requirements and errands as necessary.
· Any other duties and project work as reasonably requested
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
