Location: Cebu City
Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | Weekends Off
Reporting to: HR & Admin Manager
Availability: Can start within 2 weeks to 1 month
About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support in our daily office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage communications (emails, phone calls, correspondence)
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Assist with general administrative and HR-related tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (any course)
- At least 3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
