We're Hiring: Administrative Assistant
NOTE: This is an on-site role in Cebu City. No virtual interviews. Applicants must be ready to work on-site and follow health protocols.

Location: Cebu City

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) | Weekends Off

Reporting to: HR & Admin Manager

Availability: Can start within 2 weeks to 1 month

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support in our daily office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communications (emails, phone calls, correspondence)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  • Assist with general administrative and HR-related tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (any course)
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Admin Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
