We are urgently hiring Office Staff to join our growing team This position is open to individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to start immediately. As an Office Staff member, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to help ensure the smooth daily operations of the office. Your duties will include handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence; preparing reports, memos, and documents; assisting with scheduling and coordination; maintaining office supplies and records; and providing general support to different departments.

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma, although college-level or graduate applicants are preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, along with good communication and interpersonal skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and able to multitask effectively. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and those who can start immediately will be prioritized.
