Job Summary:

The Administrative Staff will serve as the first point of contact for clients, employees, and contractors, ensuring professional and timely handling of all inquiries and requests. This role is primarily responsible for answering customer inquiries (social media, phone, email, and walk-ins), assisting walk-in clients through the registration process, and coordinating schedules, communications, manpower availability between employees, contractors, and clients. The position also supports the overall upkeep and organization of the office to maintain a welcoming and efficient working environment.

The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, clear communication, and a positive experience for all clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via social media, phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Assist walk-in clients through the registration and onboarding process.
  • Coordinate communications, schedules, and manpower availability between employees, contractors, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records, documents, and client files.
  • Support the upkeep, cleanliness, and organization of the office to ensure a professional work environment.
  • Provide administrative assistance such as data entry, filing, and report preparation.
  • Monitor and respond promptly to client messages and follow-ups.
  • Assist management in coordinating meetings, schedules, manpower replacements of contractors, and company activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • At least a high school diploma; a degree or coursework in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with customer-friendly professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling tasks.
  • Team player with the ability to coordinate with different stakeholders (employees, contractors, clients).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php700.00 per day
