BEVI Asia Pacific Inc., a leading player in the personal care and wellness industry, is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager – General Trade to lead our sales operations across a designated region. This role is instrumental in driving sales volume, expanding market coverage, and strengthening our presence in General Trade channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing distributor partnerships, and leading a team of field sales representatives to achieve business targets in alignment with national sales objectives.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of distributor and account management—ensuring smooth operations, healthy inventory levels, and profitable trade execution. You will work closely with Trade Marketing and Supply Chain teams to drive promotional campaigns, implement effective in-store strategies, and ensure strong retail visibility of our product lines. A key part of the role is to maintain close market contact, conduct regular field visits, and provide business insights and competitor intelligence to support agile, data-driven decision-making.

We are seeking a candidate with a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in FMCG sales—two of which should be in a regional leadership capacity focused on General Trade. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing distributor partnerships.
