Regional Sales Leadership

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our regional sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing high-performing teams, and fostering strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a solutions-based sales team to drive revenue growth in SMB and Enterprise markets.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing to establish a strong brand presence and awareness campaign.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 7-10 years of selling and telecom sales experience.
  • 3-5 years of sales management experience.
  • Experience working with Enterprise and Fortune 1000 Businesses.
  • Knowledge of optical networking (Ethernet, Internet, Dark Fiber).
  • Sales experience as a 'hunter' and within a 'farmer' in a technology sales position.
  • Understanding of data center and cloud back-up and recovery.
  • Documentation of sustained sales results leading a team.
  • Microsoft Office.
